Lead Business Analyst - Conga CPQ
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes to join our team and drive end-to-end business process solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through close collaboration with Business, IT Business Partners, and Business Process Experts/Owners
- Develop high-level solution concepts and wireframes, and work with the business to resolve ambiguity
- Create detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and refine user stories with acceptance criteria logged in the DevOps tool
- Document current and future state processes in collaboration with Architects and Tech Leads
- Support and maintain the product backlog, with continuous validation of deliverables against requirements
- Build and sustain effective, productive relationships with key business stakeholders
- Respond with flexibility to shifting business needs and priorities
- Train key users and ensure the availability of training and support materials
- Prepare test cases, review test case coverage, and support the business during UAT
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Knowledge of Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM business processes
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping
- Proficiency in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of how IT solutions support end-to-end business processes
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps tools
- Strong soft skills and communication abilities
