Senior Business Analyst (E-Invoicing)

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in tax-related processes and e-invoicing to support solutions involving VAT electronic handling and invoice compliance. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, define processes, and ensure the solution aligns with regulatory and operational needs.

About the Project

Now the team is working on the development of a modern toolbox that provides companies with a digital personal travel agent to quickly and inexpensively book all of their employees' travel.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to tax and e-invoicing processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand VAT electronic handling requirements
• Analyze and support invoice-related workflows and compliance needs
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and delivery
• Ensure alignment of business processes with regulatory and invoicing standards
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or finance-related projects
• Strong understanding of tax processes
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions
• Knowledge of VAT electronic handling
• Familiarity with UBL (Universal Business Language)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance or regulatory-driven projects
• Background in finance, accounting, or tax systems
• Knowledge of invoice exchange standards or document workflows
