Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles, partnering with hiring managers and regional teams to deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on role needs and hiring priorities
- Drive proactive sourcing to build pipelines for niche technical skill sets and leadership-track positions
- Coordinate with regional Talent Attraction teams including sourcing, marketing and operations
- Apply standardized recruiting processes to deliver consistent, scalable candidate experience
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on pipelines, risks and next steps
- Support feedback surveys, reference checks and related people initiatives tied to hiring
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business hiring
- Talent sourcing expertise including niche searches and multi-stream pipeline management
- Proficiency in External Sources and Sourcing Tools to identify, engage and convert talent
- Stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to advise hiring managers and senior leaders
