Support Specialist

You are our person if you have:

• 1+ years of Support Specialist experience
• knowledge of written English at level not lower than Upper-Intermediate
• passion for mobile games and the games of the studio in particular
• excellent literacy skills
• willingness to help the players of the studio

Will come in handy:

• other language skills

Some points on tasks:

• handling player feedback and assisting with the resolution of issues in an online environment
• organizing information received from players
• reporting information on the issues that arise to the development team
