We’re looking for a Senior Publishing Producer to own external Idle/Hybrid projects and elevate the product decisions of studios by providing strong publisher-side expertise.
What are you working on?
- Genres: Puzzle, Casual
- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Act as the primary Publisher-Side Product Owner for 2-4 external Idle/Hybrid projects;
- Deep-dive into product metrics, economy, and the studio's current constraints and capabilities;
- Formulate clear, actionable product recommendations: what to build, what not to build, and what the next top priority should be;
- Ruthlessly prioritize, narrowing scope to 1-3 high-impact changes per cycle instead of inflating the roadmap;
- Drive the studio for speed and quality of execution without having direct administrative authority over their team;
- Guide studios toward stronger decision-making in economy, progression, monetization, retention, and live features;
- Prepare and present clear recommendations on whether to continue, iterate, cut, or escalate a project;
- Collaborate closely with UA, Analytics, and company leadership on key product inflection points;
- Provide regular, concise management updates on projects: status, risks, next steps, and requests for decision.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Strong, proven experience in mobile F2P product management, publishing, or production;
- Hands-on experience with Idle, Tycoon, Hybrid Casual, or similar game models;
- Deep understanding of ads-heavy and hybrid monetization models;
- Solid grasp of product economy: progression, sinks/sources, offer strategy, pacing, retention, and live features;
- Experience working with external studios, partners, or distributed teams is a strong plus;
- Ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority over the team;
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to cut scope effectively;
- Excellent product judgment: ability to distinguish high-impact initiatives from noise;
- Ability to synthesize information into a clear point of view and recommendation, not just report status.
Nice to Have - Experience specifically on the publisher side;
- Proven track record of working with external studios, co-development partners, or distributed teams;
- Experience with Live Ops and post-test product development;
- Expertise in hybrid monetization, ad-heavy economies, and offer design;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong familiarity with the Idle/Tycoon genre, economy-driven systems, and long-term retention strategies;
- Ability to work effectively with User Acquisition (UA) and Analytics teams;
- Experience making data-driven continue/scale/cut decisions;
- Previous experience in a Senior Producer, Lead Producer, or Product Lead role.
Why do we enjoy working here?
- The opportunity to work on games played by millions of players;
- Implement your bold ideas;
- Paid vacation;
- Support for professional development (training, coaching, and more);
- Opportunity to grow and develop with the company;
- Supportive and warm working atmosphere within the team.
