At ChillBase, we’re developing the unique social roleplay game OneState, and we’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the squad responsible for developing core gameplay features in Kazakhstan.
What we want to see:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), ability to build project timelines (Gantt charts), and perform task decomposition
- Ability to justify decisions, manage expectations, and facilitate meetings effectively
- Experience implementing and scaling processes, developing teams, managing motivation, and resolving conflicts
- Systematic approach to risk management: identification, assessment, and impact management
- Understanding of the SDLC, QA fundamentals, and analytics
- Confident use of task tracking tools (Jira/FlowFast/etc), documentation tools (Confluence), visualization tools (Miro), and AI tools for management tasks
- Native Russian language
What you'll be doing:
- Build, optimize, and oversee processes within the squad, ensuring synchronization with the overall production pipeline
- Collaborate with leads and other PMs on planning releases, improvements, and features; participate in building the squad roadmap together with squad ownership and the producer
- Improve task delivery predictability and proactively remove blockers
- Establish effective communication within the squad and maintain cross-functional collaboration with other PMs
- Work with task trackers, documentation, and project metrics
