Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and compliance programs
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations while implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, OSHA principles, and applicable international HSE standards
• Organize employee HSE training, emergency preparedness drills, fire safety activities, and awareness programs
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, audit records, and coordinate with regulatory authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Promote a strong workplace safety culture and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental management systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational health and safety management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation, occupational safety regulations, and OSHA/international HSE standards
• Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage risks and corrective actions
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian and relevant HSE certifications are considered an advantage

• Experience working in international or multinational companies
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• Experience supporting office, construction, installation, or technical operational environments
• Knowledge of environmental management and sustainability initiatives
