We are seeking a Senior LIMS Engineer to provide ongoing support, configuration and enhancement for the LIMS, ensuring uninterrupted lab operations post-vendor transition. In this role, you will act as the technical authority for the LIMS, working closely with lab users and IT to maintain system integrity, compliance and performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary SME for the LIMS

- Oversee system configurations, user access and compliance
- Resolve and troubleshoot incidents
- Document processes and changes per company standards
Requirements
- Familiarity with L2/L3 application support activities, including incident, problem and change management within ITIL-aligned service models
- Mature hands-on experience with SaaS (Cloud managed) versions of the LIMS, including day-to-day administration and support
- Familiarity with the latest versions 21.x (including 21.3) functionality
- Strong proficiency in LIMS configuration using embedded platform tools, including Entity Designer, Explorer and configuration of master data, lookup tables and custom fields
- Solid working knowledge of the Visual Workflow Designer for design, modification and troubleshooting of business workflows
- Proficiency in hands-on expertise in version v2 reporting tools and dashboards, including configuration of standard and custom reports
- Solid SQL skills for data querying, validation and troubleshooting against the LIMS data model
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with instrument integration in the LIMS, including parsers and chromatography data system (CDS) connectors such as Chromeleon, Empower or OpenLab
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP web services for interpretation of integration behavior and support of interface-related tickets
- Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 requirements for support of validated LIMS environments
- Practical understanding and application of data integrity principles (ALCOA+) in laboratory data management
- Awareness of the SaaS shared responsibility model, where customizations and platform-level changes are conducted by the vendor
