SAP Business Analyst (Signavio & Process Transformation)

We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst with hands-on SAP Signavio expertise to support process transformation across an SAP S/4HANA program. You will connect business process owners with SAP delivery teams (FI/CO, MM, SD) and use the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to document, assess, and improve end-to-end processes aligned with SAP Best Practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops with stakeholders to capture, map, and document As-Is and To-Be processes in SAP Signavio Process Manager
• Drive process standardization by linking requirements to SAP Best Practices and SAP Enterprise Model Company to reduce custom developments
• Apply SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to review process mining data and uncover bottlenecks, cycle-time inefficiencies, and deviations from standard SAP workflows
• Convert process mining findings into clear, actionable optimization recommendations for project steering committees
• Translate Signavio process models into functional specifications, user stories, and design blueprints for SAP configuration teams to align business and delivery
• Ensure process definitions connect effectively to implementation tooling such as SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager
• Support the Business Process Change Management (BPCM) workstream by helping end-users understand process changes and new SAP workflows
• Promote use of the SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub across business units to keep a single source of truth for process documentation
• Establish and enforce modeling conventions, version control, and governance within the Signavio workspace aligned with enterprise architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in the SAP ecosystem
• Proven hands-on experience implementing SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence)
• Solid understanding (conceptual or practical) of SAP S/4HANA core flows such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Fulfill, and Record-to-Report
• Familiarity with SAP delivery approaches, specifically SAP Activate or RISE with SAP journeys
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling standards
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong analytical ability to connect business needs with technical SAP constraints
• Official SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Signavio, SAP S/4HANA Associate, or SAP Activate Methodology)
• Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP LeanIX or SAP Cloud ALM
• Prior participation in full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
