Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

Project Overview:
Work on exciting new features across multiple applications in domains such as:
- Planning (roadmapping, project scope, resource management)
- Directory (people information, planning)
- Disclosure (confidentiality control)
- Workflow tools (retail processes, payload management)
- Content Management Solutions (for phones and websites)
- Localization tools (managing localization content)
Essential functions
- Develop new modules and features for existing applications
- Collaborate on technical design (reviewed jointly with the team)
- Write clean, maintainable code with thorough unit and integration tests
- Work closely with Apple teams to understand and implement business requirements
- Participate in meetings (mostly in the evening after 6 pm) and communicate via Slack during the day
- Contribute to building a community of Ruby developers within the team
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails 5
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with jQuery and CSS
- Experience with the Stimulus framework is a plus
Would be a plus
- Additional JavaScript experience, especially jQuery
