Senior Game Economy & Balance Designer (Social Casino, F2P, Mobile)

We’re looking for a Senior Game Designer (Economy & Balance) for a mobile F2P Social Casino project where the core loop is built around slot spins / lucky wheel, progression and meta, plus social interactions, raids/attacks, events and competitions.

• Own the game economy & balance end-to-end: currencies, sources/sinks, progression, rewards, event economies, and monetization gates.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, engineering and QA to deliver features from concept to release and post-release optimization.
• Keep economy/balance documentation clear and up to date (rules, tables, dependencies, configs).

Must-have

1. 5+ years of commercial game design experience on F2P mobile titles.
2. Proven experience owning/operating economy & balance in Social Casino (or closely related chance-based F2P) games.
3. Strong understanding of player behavior and motivation loops in chance-based systems
4. Deep knowledge of economy & balance principles

Nice-to-have / Strong plus

1. Hands-on experience working with economy/balance simulations
2. Data-driven mindset: ability to work with product metrics and interpret A/B test results.
3. Experience working with remote configs
4. Hands-on experience with user segmentation.
5. Direct experience tuning slot machine math
