We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our game project and take full ownership of analytics setup and development — from tool selection and tracking implementation to funnels, dashboards, and event validation.
- Set up product analytics from scratch in Amplitude (or propose an alternative if you can clearly justify why it fits our needs better).
- Manage analytics migration: transfer current metrics/events from AppMetrica to the chosen product analytics platform (e.g., Amplitude).
- Build and maintain funnels and dashboards for core product flows, retention, monetization, and player behavior.
- Audit and validate event tracking: ensure data quality and completeness, identify issues, and drive event updates/fixes together with the development team.
- Set up marketing analytics in AppsFlyer (or propose a justified alternative): attribution, purchases, key marketing metrics, and data correctness.
- Support product decisions with insights: define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and proactively suggest improvements based on data.
What we expect
- Hands-on experience with analytics in mobile/game products: event tracking design, parameterization, data QA, tracking specs.
- Practical experience with Amplitude and/or similar tools (e.g., Mixpanel), including funnels and dashboards.
- Practical experience with AppsFlyer and/or similar attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, Branch) and a solid understanding of attribution.
- Understanding of game/product metrics: retention, cohorts, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, conversion, monetization.
- Ability to make well-reasoned tool and approach choices, not just follow defaults.
Nice to have
- Experience migrating analytics platforms (e.g., AppMetrica → Amplitude).
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
- SQL / Python and BI/DWH experience (if we decide to deepen analytics further).
- Part-time remote work.
- Salary in US dollars.
- Zero bureaucracy, minimal micromanagement and streamlined approvals.
- Small friendly agile teams.
- English lessons in groups of 3-4 participants.
