Senior Full-stack AI Developer (JavaScript with React)

Please note, the position requires on-site (5 days office) work in Gdansk or Krakow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive and efficient front-end code using ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Shadcdn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers and backend developers, to deliver seamless and visually appealing user interfaces
- Translate design wireframes and prototypes into responsive and interactive web applications
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design and implementation
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and user experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Front End Developer with a focus on ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Shadcdn
- Strong understanding of modern web development practices and responsive design principles
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of the end result
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2 level of English
