Join EPAM as a Project Administrator to blend finance management, office operations and change leadership into a single impactful role. You will handle detailed operational tasks while driving strategic initiatives that enhance our internal capabilities.
In this role, you will lead digital transformation efforts by identifying automation opportunities across asset, finance and office management. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement process improvements that minimize disruption and maximize organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the technology asset register to ensure all assets are accurately recorded, classified and depreciated in line with accounting standards
- Conduct asset verification exercises including stock-takes, reconciliations, transfers, disposals and write-offs
- Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, payments and receivables billing while ensuring proper approvals are in place
- Support year-end financial closing processes including the preparation of accruals and coordination with auditors
- Ensure all finance operations comply with relevant regulations, internal controls and audit requirements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including the management of supplies, inventory and facilities space planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to plan and implement organizational change and digital transformation efforts
- Identify automation opportunities across asset, finance and office management to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in accountancy, finance, business administration or a related field
- Professional experience across finance, asset management and office administration functions
- Background in accounts payable and receivable, finance data analysis and visualization
- Experience driving automation, business transformation, process re-engineering and change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside familiarity with modern AI tools and Canva
- Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to multitasking and attention to detail

- Previous experience managing day-to-day office administration and facilities operations
- Familiarity with Workday and AMS systems
