Senior Financial Analytic of Resource Requisition Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control over the documents preparation for accounting in accordance with the internal procedures of the company.
• Control over correct releases formation on arrival of goods, correspondence of date and actual place of delivery of goods between ERP and warehouse.
• Assistance to financial supervisors and analysts, as well as supply.planning colleagues and warehouse staff on accounting and reporting issues.
• Monthly closure of the financial period at the Commercial Warehouse, according to the established calendar and the receipt list of the site.
• Creation of payments in KC Pay. 
• Timely record transactions related to the movement of assets of the company.
• Active participation in projects on automation of internal processes.
• Collection of reconciliation certificates with suppliers of goods twice a year.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Higher Education, Accounting and Auditing, Financial.  
• Previous experience in the specialty 2-3 years.  
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in Oracle ERP modules: Lenders, Material Accountant - at least a year.  
• Experience in KC Pay - at least a year.
• Availability of professional certificates will be an advantage; 
• Knowledge of languages: Kazakh, Russian - free, English -intermediate and above.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts regulating the organization of accounting.
• Business correspondence and telephone communication skills.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
