Line instructor-examiner
- To check compliance of cabin crew to qualification requirements and quality of performed tasks and duties assigned to cabin crew position in flight.
- Check the fulfillment and compliance by flight attendants with the standards of safety, security, service and grooming during flights.
- Develop, implement and coordinate initiatives aimed at building, promoting and strengthening a positive safety culture, increasing employee engagement in flight safety matters, and supporting the continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Education – higher education degree.
- IFS experience – minimum 1 year for ALA/NQZ bases and minimum 6 months for SCO base.
- Excellent knowledge of service and safety standards and the Cabin Crew Operations Manual.
- Ability to resolve operational issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, creativity and proactivity.
- Language proficiency – fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English.
- Knowledge of Cabin Services procedures, technologies and systems
