We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with a strong understanding of procurement as an end-to-end process. In this role, you will support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay and procurement workflows.
- Support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes in NetSuite
- Configure and improve procurement workflows to support business needs
- Support and enhance P2P processes in NetSuite and procurement platforms (e.g., Zip)
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align processes across functions
- Provide user support and contribute to continuous process optimization
- Participate in the setup, refinement, and improvement of procurement models and best practices
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite
- Practical experience with purchase-to-pay and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of the connection between procurement, finance, and accounting
- Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Zip or similar tools)
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills (B2 or higher).
