Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team in Poland that is building a modern, comprehensive developer platform from the ground up. This system covers the full software lifecycle - including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability.
In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing integration pipelines, code assembly, and deployment automation, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes and Bazel (Blaze).
Essential functions
- Design, build, and maintain robust integration and deployment pipelines for a modern developer platform.
- Implement code assembly, build automation, and dependency management using Bazel.
- Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized infrastructure.
- Automate deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management using Ansible, Git, and Bash.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams (Go, C++, TypeScript) to enhance developer tooling and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Solid, hands-on experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestrations.
- Familiarity with containerized ecosystems (Docker).
- Practical experience with Bazel (Blaze) OR a strong build-system background with the ability and willingness to quickly learn Bazel on the project.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting using Ansible, Bash, and Git.
- Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and software deployment lifecycles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in English.
Would be a plus
- Exposure to Go or C++ build environments.
- Prior experience working on internal developer tools or build platform engineering.
