We are recruiting a People Advisory Specialist to help run people-related programs and provide day-to-day people advisory support within designated units. You will work with Primary People Partners and stakeholders to guide employees and leaders across EPAM HR processes; apply today.
Responsibilities
- Support Primary People Partners overseeing particular disciplines or practices
- Assist with employee experience management, retention, and performance development processes, starting with support and moving toward independent delivery
- Help unit leaders audit local programs and frameworks to ensure they meet local labor law requirements
- Facilitate and participate in unit townhalls and events to increase employee engagement and office attendance
- Engage in Shared Service Center work and cooperate with stakeholders on varied HR tasks and people matters
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant HR experience or experience in a related field
- B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English or higher
- Experience assisting HR functions within technology or commercial organizations
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Adaptability to ongoing change and confidence working in ambiguous, complex situations
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, confident, energetic, and optimistic approach, providing timely and considered guidance
- Basic understanding with practical application of Polish Labor Law
- Familiarity with onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, plus ability to analyze HR data and metrics
- Availability to work from the office at least 2 days per week in Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice
