Designing and developing performance management processes: goal setting, continuous feedback, performance evaluation, high performers growth.
Overseeing the full talent management lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning for key roles.
Driving leadership development across the company: working with department heads, training managers, improving the quality of people management.
Shaping a high-performing company culture aligned with our core values: creativity, ownership, teamwork, product excellence, and results.
Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to leadership: turnover, engagement, hiring effectiveness, eNPS, retention, headcount planning, cost per hire, time to hire, performance trends.
Building an effective HR team: defining roles, developing team capabilities, ensuring high-quality HR services and internal processes.
2-3+ years of experience as a head of HR, HR Director, Senior HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally within gamedev, IT, product, tech, or digital spheres.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
Proven experience in evaluating and optimizing business processes, organizational structures, and cross-team collaboration.
Understanding of the gaming industry, or a great willingness to quickly gain expertise within it.
Experience working with C-level executives and founders: ability to support your decisions, communicate in business terms, and contribute to strategic discussions.
Experience in HR analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, performance review tools, and other HR tools.
High level of emotional intelligence, professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to act as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership.
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
