Build the Team Behind the World's Most Ambitious Strategy Game
Total Battle is already one of the most-played 4X strategy games out there. Our goal is to make it #1 in the world — and we need exceptional people to get there.
We're looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find talent that isn't looking, close candidates who have options, and build a hiring process that scales.
The role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a cross-functional product team: game designers, client and backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts, and project managers. Not one profile type — all of them.
This isn't a coordinator role. You'll develop the interview process, negotiate offers, train hiring managers, benchmark compensation against the market, and report data to stakeholders. If you want to own recruiting as a function — not just execute it — this is the role.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter — in-house or executive search
- Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles — whether in tech, gamedev, executive search, or any field where passive sourcing is the only way
- Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Habr — you find people who aren't applying
- Comfortable with data: you track metrics, spot patterns, and present findings clearly
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- You care about games — genuinely
