We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own and optimize our marketing technology stack (Marketo), execute data-driven B2B campaigns and deliver actionable analytics to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales and content to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our marketing automation platforms in Marketo, including setup, management and ongoing optimization
- Integrate APIs and connect MarTech tools to streamline data flow, reporting and campaign execution
- Build and execute marketing programs, including email campaigns, nurture streams and lead scoring models
- Collaborate with internal content, creative and demand generation teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand campaigns
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Maintain data hygiene, segmentation and compliance within our marketing databases
- Lead the adoption and integration of new marketing technologies to support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MarTech integrations and campaign execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B marketing operations and automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of API integration and the MarTech ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and optimize marketing programs and technology
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting, data analysis and actionable insights
- Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and work cross-functionally with internal teams
