We’re creating OneState, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.
We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion.
• Leading a team of 3D artists focused on clothing and accessories, including task assignment, prioritization, workload management, and control of timelines, quality, and performance
• Ensuring visual quality, including final asset reviews and maintaining consistency with art guidelines and technical requirements
• Supporting and improving production processes, including task tracking, documentation, identifying bottlenecks, and increasing efficiency
• Developing the team through regular one on ones, feedback, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements such as LODs, polycount, and formats, and validating assets in Unity together with the Tech Art team
• Researching and implementing new tools, including AI solutions, testing hypotheses, and improving workflows
• Creating 3D models independently

Work format: hybrid or office in Almaty. Also we have flexible hours with the option of taking days off.
