Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Department is a team that seeks opportunities, identifies growth opportunities, and turns ideas into partnerships. We develop strategic directions, build long-term relationships, and find solutions that help businesses grow.

Tasks that you have to work with:

• Increasing the attractiveness of the company's products, particularly the flagship StandOff 2, in key markets
• Searching for new partners and companies willing to work with us on collaborations/esports
• Presenting the company for featuring and partnerships, working with current partners
• Licensing (IP licensing in & out): finding and concluding licensing deals with brands, FMCG companies, retailers, and other partners – from a creative idea (e.g., a joint menu with a large fast-food chain) to signing a contract and supporting implementation. It would be a plus if you could demonstrate examples of successfully implemented cases or a portfolio of previously concluded licensing agreements
• Searching for new formats and partners capable of generating additional revenue through the commercial use of IP, brand integrations, and cross-promotion
• Participation in events, networking
• Reviewing external inquiries

It will help you with this:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT
• Experience participating in events
• Examples of successful work projects: partnership building and company presentations (presentations you've given would be a huge plus)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Readiness to travel to various GameDev events
•  Strong communication skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience in searching, meeting, networking, building and establishing relationships with partners: platforms (Huawei, Apple, Google), outsourcing
