HR Specialist, Krakow (Fixed Term Contract, 1 Year)

This vacancy is based in our Krakow office. We expect the successful candidate to work primarily from the office, although occasional remote work is also possible.

About the Team

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including colleagues from HR and the PR team. The collaboration style is cross functional and communication focused, with regular interaction across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, and one on one meetings
• Identify and monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports company goals and promotes employee satisfaction
• Carry out administrative duties related to HR processes
• Implement the onboarding and offboarding process
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze findings
• Maintain historical human resource records
• Collaborate with the PR team on activities related to creating and maintaining brand awareness in the market

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the HR area
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Strong work ethic and attitude
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken

• Working experience in IT companies
