What we want to see:
Experience and production
- Five plus years of experience in content production, including video, social media, brand media, or the creator economy
- A portfolio with proven cases that reached millions of views or generated strong buzz, not necessarily in gaming, but with a clear viral impact
- Experience producing YouTube channels, podcasts, or founder/CEO media
- Hands on experience managing full cycle video production from concept and scripting to shooting, post production, and distribution
Taste and creative instinct
- Strong visual and narrative taste, with a clear understanding of what makes content memorable
- Ability to work within a street realism aesthetic and adapt cultural trends to the brand
- Strong sense of humor and bold creative approach, aligned with ChillBase as a brand that values authenticity over corporate polish
Management and autonomy
- Experience building and managing production teams, including freelance and outsourced setups
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, independently planning, making decisions, and executing
- Experience working directly with founders or C level stakeholders, with the ability to translate vision into content without losing intent
- Strong business awareness, understanding goals, metrics, and how content and brand drive business outcomes
Markets and languages
- Russian and English as working languages for both communication and content
- Understanding of international markets including the US, MENA, LATAM, and Europe
Additionally, it would be great to have
- Experience in the gaming industry or working with gaming audiences
- A successful personal content project such as a channel, podcast, or media platform
- Basic motion design or editing skills to communicate effectively with the production team
- Experience working in Dubai or within Middle Eastern markets
What you will be doing
ChillBase brand
- Shaping and producing the visual and content identity of the ChillBase brand across all touchpoints, from social media and public speaking to merchandise and video manifestos
- Building a brand narrative that reflects the company’s DNA, including independence, speed, and an underground mindset
- Finding and executing unconventional formats that challenge expectations
- Leading external brand communications and contributing to internal communications, employer branding, and the development of brand ambassadors
Founder media
- Supporting the development of the founder’s personal brand, including managing personal media, PR, and external visibility
- Creating content strategies for owned and external media with a focus on relevance and authentic storytelling
- Managing the full production pipeline across platforms, from idea to article, from script to shoot, edit, and release
Team and production
- Building and managing a flexible production team including videographers, editors, motion designers, and copywriters across in house, freelance, and outsourced formats
- Scaling production quickly across different formats, from fast turnaround YouTube content to large scale celebrity collaborations
- Building processes that allow content to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Managing production budgets
Virality and distribution
- Deep understanding of viral mechanics across social platforms, including TikTok and YouTube
- Analyzing trends and applying them to both brand and product
- Building and maintaining a content calendar aligned with product events such as game updates, launches, and in game activities
