At Gurtam, we build fleet management and IoT solutions used in 150+ countries. The product speaks for itself. Now we want our employer brand to do the same - to reflect who we actually are, attract people who'll thrive here, and make the ones already here feel proud to be part of it.
You'll be part of our People & Culture team in Vilnius - a team that works as one organism, serving both internal and external audiences. Employer brand, people experience, HR operations - it all connects, and we move better when everyone understands the whole picture, not just their own piece of it.
As the person who owns the employer brand here, you'll have real ownership: external campaigns, internal culture stories, events and the people who speak at them. But ownership here doesn't mean working in isolation — it means being genuinely plugged into the team, contributing beyond your lane when it matters, and caring about what we're building together as much as what you're building yourself.
What you'll be working on
- Developing and activating Gurtam's EVP - building on what already exists, sharpening the message, and making it land consistently across markets and channels
- Creating content that actually connects - LinkedIn, career pages, social media, and employer review platforms; you'll write, brief, edit, and know what works where
- Running employer brand campaigns that build awareness among the right audiences across Europe
- Managing Gurtam's reputation as an employer - employer review platforms, industry awards and rankings, and any touchpoint where perception is shaped before a candidate even applies
- Organizing and participating in tech events, meetups, and conferences — representing Gurtam in the right rooms and communities
- Building and developing an internal speaker community — identifying potential speakers, helping them find their topics, and preparing them to represent Gurtam externally
- Conducting employer brand research - running own studies and participating in external ones to stay on top of market perception and trends
- Supporting internal culture communication - capturing employee stories, contributing to engagement initiatives, and making sure what happens inside Gurtam is reflected in how we show up externally
- Working with HR colleagues on candidate experience and aligning employer brand with how we attract and hire
- Setting up meaningful metrics - brand awareness, sentiment, eNPS, quality of hire - and using them to improve, not just report
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of dedicated employer branding experience - genuine, focused work in this direction
- Hands-on experience with EVP: researching it, articulating it, and activating it across channels
- Solid understanding of the employee journey - including onboarding - as a source of stories, content, and brand insight
- Experience organizing and running events - meetups, conferences, or similar formats - not just attending them
- Experience building or nurturing internal speaker communities, ambassador programs, or similar initiatives where results depend on voluntary participation and the personal motivation of others
- Strong project management skills - you can run multiple initiatives in parallel, hit deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Strong content instincts - you can write well, brief a designer, and tell the difference between something that looks nice and something that actually works
- Excellent communication skills - clear, warm, and confident across different formats and audiences
- Experience running campaigns across multiple markets; European context is a plus
- Comfortable working with data - setting up metrics, reading results, and using insights to improve
- Openness to AI tools - curiosity about how they can make work smarter and faster
- Fluent English; Lithuanian is a real advantage
Who you are
You know how to bring people along - not by pushing, but by making them genuinely want to be part of something. You think in outcomes, not outputs - you care about whether something actually worked, not just whether it got done.
You can hold the strategy and the execution at the same time: zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom in to write the post or prep the brief.
You bring warmth to your work. Employer branding, when it's done well, is about human stories - and you understand that.
You're collaborative. You make things happen without making noise about it, and you genuinely enjoy being part of something bigger than your own to-do list.
If this feels like you - come build it with us. #gurtampeople
