We are seeking a Delivery Manager to help clients turn complex problems into clear, outcomes-led artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. You lead discovery, align senior stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.
Working with our network of more than 60,000 engineers, you ensure AI strategies like generative AI (GenAI) integration and large language model (LLM) orchestration are technically viable and ready for production.
Responsibilities
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships by establishing governance, clear decision-making cadences and transparent communication plans to drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs
- Map client business goals to EPAM's data and AI capabilities by defining target outcomes, use cases, solution scope and effort estimates
- Oversee delivery commitments and statements of work while managing risks, dependencies and change-control approaches to keep teams focused on agreed outcomes
- Coordinate distributed teams across geographies, functions and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and health reporting
Requirements
- Experience delivering artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) initiatives, including generative AI (GenAI), with an understanding of data readiness, governance and iteration cycles
- Background of four or more years in technology consulting, digital transformation or delivery leadership, taking accountability for shaping project scope and driving outcomes from problem definition through delivery
- Ability to structure ambiguous topics into clear recommendations and simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business narratives for non-technical leadership
- Fluency in native or near-native Japanese (JLPT N1) and professional English
Nice to have
- Understanding of advanced AI topics such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and model evaluation
- Experience in financial services, specifically capital markets, or life sciences
