Project Manager with Agile, Digital Delivery Hub

About the Position

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager who is comfortable coordinating cross functional teams and driving delivery in an international environment. You will work on complex digital initiatives where clear communication, structured planning, and stakeholder alignment are critical to success. German language skills are required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

The project focuses on delivering digital products and services for a distributed European market, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams. It involves managing timelines, resources, and expectations across multiple streams.

About the Team

You will be part of a distributed team consisting of project managers, business analysts, developers, QA specialists, and solution architects. The team follows an Agile delivery approach with regular ceremonies and close collaboration across locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined
• Track project progress and adjust plans based on changing needs
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated in project tools
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes

Requirements

• Experience in project management within IT or digital delivery environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Clear communication and coordination skills
• German language proficiency at least B2 level for daily communication
• English language proficiency for working in an international team
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution
• Ability to structure work, track progress, and deliver results

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile related certifications
• Experience working in distributed or multicultural teams
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning
• Background in business analysis or product ownership
