SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We're looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, testing and data migration activities for SuccessFactors projects. You will collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions that support HR processes and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support SuccessFactors implementation across all delivery phases
- Assist with configuration for Employee Central, Payroll, and Workforce Time Management
- Participate in test execution and defect resolution
- Support data migration and validation activities
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve operational issues
- Document configuration, test results and migration activities
- Contribute effectively within the team across all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience in implementation or support projects
- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of testing and defect management
- Exposure to data migration and validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Nice to have
- Experience with EC, ECP or WFT modules
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Familiarity with data migration tools and Excel
- Understanding of integration and reporting concepts
- Experience in Agile environments
