Creating social media content in Russian and English: posts and articles about in-game activities, entertainment content (memes, contests, giveaways);
Engaging with players daily across comments and social channels;
Running regular surveys, collecting and structuring player complaints, suggestions, and bug reports, and relaying them to the development team;
Preparing feedback forms for testing participants and filing bug reports;
Handling reports from volunteers and the in-game reporting system: cheating, chat behavior, inappropriate nicknames.
Our candidate should have:
Experience as a community manager working with a midcore audience: understanding its specifics, building rapport with players, and handling negative feedback in chats;
Awareness of current trends for creating entertainment content (memes, giveaways);
Hands-on experience running social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, X, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, VK) with an understanding of each platform's specifics;
Ability to create and edit reels/shorts;
English proficiency of B2 or higher.
