Product Analyst
Your key responsibilities:
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data on player behavior, economy, progression, and monetization;
- Supporting LiveOps, marketing, and product initiatives with data and reports;
- Preparing and analyzing A/B tests: hypotheses, setup, segmentation, interpretation of results;
- Building dashboards and visualizations (in BI systems);
- Developing analytical conclusions and recommendations for improving metrics (retention, LTV, ARPPU, R1-R7-R30);
- Interacting with game designers, producers, and developers during the feature design and evaluation phase;
- Identifying anomalies, bottlenecks, and potential growth points;
- Participating in the development and improvement of analytical infrastructure and data-driven culture.
Our candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst (gamedev, mobile products, or F2P services);
- Experience with A/B testing in gaming projects;
- Strong knowledge of SQL, understanding of databases, and event analytics;
- Solid grasp of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase);
- Knowledge of Python for advanced analysis;
- Deep understanding of product metrics and the ability to explain their impact on the game and users;
- Familiarity with key gaming product metrics: retention, ARPU, funnels, monetization, segmentation;
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and collaboration with various departments;
- Self-organization, initiative, and structured thinking;
- Interest in gaming products and a desire to understand the context—not just analyzing numbers, but also interpreting player behavior.
