We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will take part in creating a contemporary, automated and reliable cloud environment that powers core business activities. Alongside experienced experts from many different areas, you will help produce scalable solutions and support technical quality in a vibrant and continuously evolving workplace.
Responsibilities
- Build a thorough understanding of how the existing build and deployment processes work, together with their supporting pipelines
- Design, implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures for the modernization team, while playing a part in shaping the future automation architecture
- Keep systems dependable and scalable by engaging in continuous monitoring and applying regular performance refinements
- Help deliver platform and capability deployments across a range of environments, including spotting issues and putting corrective actions into practice
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to secure systems and keep them compliant with industry standards and regulatory frameworks
- Produce and consistently refresh technical documentation as well as engineering guidelines
Requirements
- No fewer than 2 years of hands-on professional experience in a relevant field
- Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally within Microsoft Azure
- Competent understanding and practical use of containerization tools such as Kubernetes, Docker/Podman and Helm
- Networking know-how with a clear focus on containerized environments
- Real-world experience applying CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling like Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Argo or GitHub Actions
- Proficient programming skills in C#, Java, Python or a similar language
- Ability to operate effectively and stay flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing setting
- Strong command of English in both writing and conversation at a B2+ level or higher
