About the Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience working with Airtable to support business processes, data management, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong Business Analysis background and at least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, improve business processes, structure data, and design practical solutions using Airtable.

About the Project

This project centers on expanding and maintaining an enterprise grade Airtable ecosystem used for operations, planning, and cross team collaboration. The goal is to build reliable workflows, integrations, and data structures that support high volume usage. You will help evolve the platform and introduce improvements that streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
Analyze and optimize existing business processes and workflows
Design and maintain Airtable databases and relational structures
Use Airtable formulas, views, and automations to support business processes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper data structure
Identify process and data-related issues and propose improvements
Support integrations between Airtable and external/internal systems
Work with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
Document requirements, processes, workflows, and solutions
Manage tasks independently from requirements gathering through implementation

Requirements

Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst
At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable
Hands-on experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations
Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
Experience translating business requirements into practical technical/data solutions
Understanding of data structures and data quality principles
Experience with workflow and process automation is a plus
Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools is a plus
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning to delivery
