Senior Salesforce Developer with Lightning Web Components, CPQ Platform

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a Salesforce platform with Conga CPQ and customizations. You will contribute across design, development, testing, deployment, and platform improvement activities.

This project is centered on a Salesforce based platform that includes Conga CPQ and custom development. It involves enhancement work, production support, and delivery of scalable solutions across the platform.

About the Team

You will work with cross functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The delivery approach follows Agile Scrum practices with a focus on code quality, reviews, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, integrations, and Lightning Web Components
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
• Support production issues, performance optimization, and ongoing platform enhancements
• Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions on schedule

Requirements

• Required:
• 5 to 8 years of hands on development experience
• Strong hands on programming experience with object oriented programming concepts
• Experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience building and enhancing custom Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic development approaches
• Hands on experience with REST and SOAP integrations, APIs, and data migration activities
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation tools
• Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Visual Studio Code, Copado, Flosum, or Change Sets
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
