Responsibilities
- Implement innovative cloud solutions from concept to deployment
- Collaboration with global product and user experience teams to deliver impactful technology
- Development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
- Share knowledge and support fellow developers within the engineering team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team
- Apply clean code principles and enterprise software architecture standards
- Participate in creative problem-solving within a diverse, fast-paced environment
- Maintain high professional standards and ethical practices throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component development
- Understanding of enterprise software architecture and clean code principles
- Expertise in asynchronous and batch processing within Salesforce
- Background in Git-based source-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software design or a related field, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile mindset, creativity, enthusiasm for learning and capability to work effectively in a diverse team and fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high professional standards and ethical practices
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum required level of B2
Nice to have
- Experience managing distributed teams or working in a global environment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku
- Skills in building Salesforce DX plugins or working with Jenkins Pipelines
- Flexibility to use GenAI tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Admin) and advanced degrees in technical fields
