Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the modernization and standardization of the IT and OT landscape of power production sites in Greece, driving digital transformation and fostering seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the completion of IT services rollout to production sites
• Conduct detailed analysis of current IT vs OT applications
• Standardize technology stack and solutions across sites
• Discover and support cloud migration and modernization of selected applications
• Provide on-site training for end users
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align on project goals
• Drive transformation initiatives for increased productivity, improved security, and cost optimization in a high-paced environment
• Travel across Greece to conduct discovery sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in legacy system integration
• Understanding of application migration and modernization concepts to the cloud
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• Proficiency in Greek language
