The People Technology team is seeking an HRIS Analyst who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and a consultative mindset. This role will serve as a strategic partner to People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to optimize, enhance, and scale our People systems ecosystem.
As a key contributor to our HR systems strategy, this individual will drive configuration, integrations, reporting, and process improvements across Workday and other People platforms including performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and case management systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-system environment, enjoys translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and leverages data and technology to enhance the employee experience.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, People Technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
HR Systems Administration & Ownership
Serve as functional system owner across Workday and other People systems (performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and case management platforms)
Lead configuration, enhancements, and optimization efforts to ensure systems align with evolving business needs
Manage system governance including security design, access controls, audits, and data integrity processes
Maintain integrations and data flows between platforms to ensure seamless system connectivity
Analysis & Process Improvement
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations and scalable technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities across the People systems landscape
Conduct impact analysis for system updates, releases, and new implementations
Drive standardization and simplification initiatives across workflows
Reporting & Data Analytics
Design and maintain reports and dashboards across systems to support operational and strategic decision-making
Ensure data accuracy through audits, validation processes, and proactive monitoring
Support People Analytics initiatives by optimizing data structures and reporting capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting logic and data definitions across platforms
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
Provide support for complex system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
Manage advanced business process administration actions including rescinds, corrections, and reassignments
Support data loads, system updates, and configuration changes with proper testing and documentation
Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge base materials, and governance standards
Project & Release Management
Lead or support system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects
Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities across platforms
Support Workday releases and third-party vendor updates
Contribute to system roadmap planning aligned with People Technology strategy
KEY SKILLS
3+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR Operations with hands-on system configuration experience
Strong experience administering Workday and familiarity with business process framework, reporting, and security configuration in at least two of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Time Tracking, UK Payroll, US Payroll
Experience supporting or administering additional HR systems (such as performance management, onboarding, recruiting, or case management platforms)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems and integrations in a connected HR tech ecosystem
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with testing methodologies, data validation, and release management
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
