We're looking for an experienced and strategically minded UA specialist who will take over one of our main departments — Google Ads (UAC).
You are our person if you have:
- 3 or more years of experience working with Google App Campaigns (UAC) in the gaming industry
- deep understanding of types of campaigns and events-based optimizations (installs, in-app events, purchase, ad impression, etc.)
- experience working with Firebase and AppsFlyer
- ability to work with big budgets, form campaign structures
- independence, willingness to be responsible for the sources as well as the development and implementation of a strategy
- ability to describe and delegate tasks, since this position involves managing a micro team (1 to 3 people in case the source grows or the number of projects in the operational management increases)

- experience working with retargeting on various channels
Some points on tasks:
- developing acquisition strategies for Google UAC: goals, budgets, roadmaps of tests and launches
- forming hypotheses on the campaigns' structures, GEO, audiences, optimization types, etc.
- interacting with the production department: forming requests for creatives and feedback, testing formats and concepts
- searching for new solutions: automation, scaling methods, etc.
- managing a Google Ads account: setting up, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns, controlling their structures, testing approaches (tCPA, tROAS, maxBid, etc.)
- making reports on testing results, holding retrospectives, and conducting quarterly planning
- maintaining communication with the managers on Google's side, testing new features
- overseeing budget execution, hitting KPIs, and achieving goals
- delegating tasks regarding the source to other UAs
