What you'll do:

• Analyze data and optimize campaign performance to hit your KPIs
• Run tests and present results to the team
• Track key metrics on a regular basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners
• Partner with developers and analytics teams to bring innovative UA solutions to life
• Keep management and the team in the loop with transparent updates
• Stay proactive — keep tabs on trends and best practices

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition
• Solid understanding of the UA ecosystem
• Strong analytical skills
• Upper-intermediate English
• Practical experience running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin, etc.
