User Acquisition Manager

MysteryTag is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work on our casual projects in the Kyiv office.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of mobile traffic purchasing: launching of advertising campaigns, traffic optimization and scaling;
• Maintaining communication with traffic purchase partners;
• Work with creatives designers: A/B testing and optimization;
• Evaluation of new channels: conduct of test launches and analysis of results;
• Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

• More than 1 year of experience in the game development industry as a UA manager;
• Experience with two or more channels (Google Ads, Unity, AppLovin, Facebook, IronSource);
• Analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of mathematics;
• Willingness to work with a large amount of data and numbers;
  
• Knowledge of English at intermediate level and above.
