Development, maintenance, operations of Aftersales applications and infrastructure for Premium German OEM:

Responsibilities
- - Lead end‑to‑end IT service transitions from project to operations (e.g., - outsourcing, insourcing, mergers, new services).
- Plan and execute transition strategies, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, business, vendors, security, operations).
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Manage stakeholder communication and governance during transition.
- Identify and mitigate transition risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, ITIL processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Control transition scope, costs, and quality; report status to management.
- Support stabilization/hypercare post‑transition and handover to steady state.
SKILLS
Must have
- Proven experience as IT Transition Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management (certification preferred).
- Experience with service transitions (outsourcing, migrations, large IT programs).
- Solid project/program management skills (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (English mandatory).
- Ability to manage risk, dependency, and change in complex IT environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure, applications, security, and operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
• ITIL Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMP certification
• Experience with cloud transitions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to DevOps / Agile / SAFe delivery models
• Experience in multi‑country or global transitions
