Team lead IT business systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Design the architecture of new enterprise applications and contribute to the enhancement of existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the development team.
• Ensure that technical solutions comply with corporate architecture, security, and operational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, modern .NET versions, HTTP, REST, Web API, Swagger, and Postman.
• Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID, DRY principles, and common software architecture patterns.
• Experience working with ORM technologies, including Fluent NHibernate or Entity Framework.
• Proficiency with Git and version control and branching strategies.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and evaluating the quality of third-party code.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to organize team activities and resolve workplace disagreements constructively.
