Room 8 Studio is looking for a talented Team Coordinator to support our Art team with management, as well as a variety of operational and administrative tasks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, and helping the team achieve their KPIs. We’re looking for a true multitasking hero — someone who can easily switch between different types of tasks and step in whenever the team needs support.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to manage multiple parallel tasks;
- High attention to detail when working with data, documentation, and tracking;
- Confident use of Excel;
- Experience with task tracking tools like Jira;
- Ability to gather, structure, and analyze basic performance data;
- Good written communication skills, including taking meeting notes and preparing summaries;
- Ability to collect and consolidate feedback from different stakeholders;
- Comfortable participating in team syncs and supporting follow-ups;
- Basic understanding of team workflows and coordination processes;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to help with day-to-day team needs;
- Ability to coordinate with IT and Admin teams to resolve operational issues;
Would be a plus
- Experience in game development or working with creative teams
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day team activities;
- Assist with gathering data for team and sub-division performance analysis;
- Maintain and update capacity planning documents based on input from Team Leads / Managers;
- Support onboarding and adaptation of new team members;
- Collect and organize feedback for performance evaluations;
- Prepare materials and data for evaluation and 1:1 syncs;
- Participate in team meetings and document key points (meeting notes / protocols);
- Monitor and track team members’ time tracking;
- Support management of time-off requests;
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to help resolve operational issues;
- Support day-to-day team activities;
- Help create and assign tasks (including in Jira) for portfolio publishing and tracking permissions;
