Currently, we are in search of a talented
Support Manager who will be entrusted to provide exceptional support and enhance the gaming experience for our users.
Your Role:
- Handling requests through the ticketing system;
- Responding to and moderating reviews on Google Play and App Store;
- Collecting feedback: analyzing player reviews and identifying the most common issues to improve the game;
- Diagnosing and resolving in-game issues;
- Collaboration with the development team: relaying information about critical bugs;
- Documentation: maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
What makes you a perfect fit?
- Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in the IT or gamedev industry;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
- Knowledge of English – Advanced;
- Knowing an additional language will be a plus.
