Level Designer

Currently, we are in search of a talented Level Designer to drive our new products. 

Your Role:

• Design and build levels for mobile games from initial concept to final in-engine implementation;
• Monitor and interpret level performance metrics;
• Tune difficulty curves to maintain engagement across player skill segments, balancing challenge with accessibility
• Run and participate in playtests; collect, structure, and act on feedback from both internal sessions and real players
• Participate in A/B tests on level content and mechanics,  analyse results and apply learnings to future designs
• Maintain up-to-date level design documentation, style guides, and design rationale for the team
• Propose and prototype new challenge types, obstacles, and interactive elements that fit within the game's genre and monetisation mode

What makes you a perfect fit?

• Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;
• Solid understanding of game flow, difficulty progression, and player retention principles;
• Ability to read analytics dashboards, draw actionable conclusions, and translate them into design changes;
• Systems thinking: the ability to see a level as an interconnected set of mechanics, pacing beats, and player goals;
• A portfolio containing shipped levels, paper designs, or documented design rationale — required for consideration;
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams with short iteration cycles.
