We are currently looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Delivery Center in Bucharest to work collaboratively with the TA Team and Hiring Managers. We believe that every one of our employees makes a difference and contributes to the synergy that moves us ahead in achieving our goals.
The ideal candidate should be patient, creative, and goal-oriented, and ready to approach Engineers via different sources.
Responsibilities
- Create a strategy for approaching passive candidates from a variety of sources (referrals, job boards, forums, LinkedIn campaigns)
- Own the complete recruiting lifecycle from end to end
- Use strong time management skills to work with candidates and EPAM managers located in many geographic locations
- Proactively identify gaps in the recruiting process and provide solutions to better support hiring across a variety of disciplines
- Negotiate and manage the complete offer process by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, relocation, mobility, and HR teams
- Be a candidate advocate and hiring manager advisor throughout the full lifecycle of the position
- Maintain data quality in the Applicant Tracking System
- Prepare market analyses and reports for the TA Manager
- Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates
Requirements
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, from sourcing to hiring
- Experience identifying top talent using creative tactics
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills – must be a go-getter
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Experience working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to advise, guide, and educate on market patterns, best practices, and problem resolution
- Ability to be agile in the process, think on your feet, and get involved as a subject matter expert when needed
- Good command of MS Office
- Detail-oriented and clever
- Very good communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic

- Interested in new recruiting trends and social media
- Excellent spoken and written English (B2 level or higher)
