At this time, we are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join us as an independent operational team member within the People Partnership and Advisory function, assisting with every phase of the employee lifecycle throughout the company.
This position delivers consultative help to leaders and team members regarding HR processes, policy explanation, employee relations, and compliance topics on a country or site basis.
Responsibilities
- Function as a consistent point of reference for leaders and team members on routine people-focused matters
- Guide stakeholders across major moments of the employee path, ensuring an even and effortless experience
- Adapt corporate policies into useful recommendations shaped to fit specific cases
- Handle employee questions and help settle workplace situations equitably and quickly
- Team up with colleagues from different departments to support the launch of people-oriented programs and campaigns
- Maintain detailed records and files connected to people-related actions and case requests
- Notice developing trends and communicate insights to improve people practices and operational routines
- Add to continuous improvement work by recommending upgrades to current methods and toolsets
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field of study
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory, or equivalent HR operational positions
- Practical first-hand exposure to onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding phases throughout the employee lifecycle
- Working command of talent management techniques, including development roadmaps and career advancement support
- Engagement in performance management cycles, including goal definition, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Solid foundation in employee relations, including managing confidential issues and contributing to dispute resolution
- Trustworthy understanding of policy and compliance areas, with the skill to interpret and apply internal regulations
- Awareness of the people management procedures that operate inside an organization
- Operational knowledge of regional labor laws and statutes that apply to the supported geography
- Direct experience working with HR platforms and applications, such as people systems, case management tools, and Level Up for skills tracking
- Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking (B2+ level or higher)

- Earlier experience operating within a multinational or matrix-style company environment
- Acquaintance with HR analytics and approaches founded on data-informed decisions
- Professional qualifications in HR-related disciplines (for instance, CIPD or SHRM)
