Our Business Partnering Service unit is on the hunt for a Senior Revenue Analyst.
We are looking for professionals who possess outstanding corporate finance and financial management capabilities, pay close attention to details, and are dedicated to achieving top-tier results. Stepping into this role, you will contribute to EPAM's Global Finance department as a member of the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team, which takes charge of administrative and financial duties that cultivate enduring partnerships between EPAM's leadership and our valued clients. Alongside a network of more than 300 professionals, you will have a meaningful impact on expanding the business and enhancing our financial results.
Responsibilities
- Calculate revenue values drawing on timesheet records, contract conditions and internal company guidelines
- Ready accounts for month-end and year-end closing procedures, conducting thorough revenue reviews across multiple periods and uncovering the causes of fluctuations
- Deliver revenue forecasts for both short-range and long-range timeframes, following approved corporate procedures
- Study and assess the financial clauses included in contracts, helping with their preparation and supporting budget development
- Engage with EPAM's internal systems to input information and ensure its correctness and full coverage
- Create tailored reports that meet the expectations of internal teams and client audiences alike
- Perform financial health reviews on individual accounts to confirm their resilience and operational effectiveness
- Lead improvements in account management processes by advising project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing and time tracking practices
- Work together with audit teams and contribute to audit tasks to guarantee that reviews are completed within the agreed timelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a connected field such as finance, economics, banking, accounting or audit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, reflecting a strong knowledge base in financial principles
- Advanced Excel capabilities, covering pivot tables, charts and confident application of diverse formulas, including mathematical and logical ones
- Comfortable use of MS Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint, for drafting documents and creating presentations
- Proficient command of English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
