Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring the successful achievement of objectives while managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating change processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project team to define the scope and the means to achieve project objectives
• Oversee project objectives, costs, and human resources throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the analysis and design of solutions by leveraging expertise in finance and banking
• Support the team and remove roadblocks that may hinder progress
• Communicate progress and keep stakeholders informed of any developments or delays
• Propose and manage change initiatives across the organization
• Develop solutions to address project challenges and risks
• Manage a program consisting of multiple interconnected projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Background in Systems Engineering or a related field
• Qualifications in Project Management, including PMP certification and Agile methodologies
• Skills in managing project health indicators
• Familiarity with collaborative task-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Familiarity with Planner
• Proficiency in team management, conflict resolution, and leadership
• Competency in motivation and communication skills
• Expertise in PMP-based project management
